5 Secrets to Manifesting Your Goals

I’ve dreamed big since I was a kid. My parents told me that I could be anything and I believed them. With that affirmation combined with the plan I know God has for me, I’ve always known that I was destined for greatness.

I know my experience may seem like a privileged one, but it’s not. God is no respecter of persons. We are all worthy of our wildest dreams; maybe not all at the same time, but all in one life.

How can you receive all these many blessings?.... Simple: you ask for it! This practice is called:

Manifestation- an event, action, or object that clearly shows or

embodies something, especially a theory or an abstract idea.

The majority of things that I own or have accomplished is because I asked God/Universe for them. Things are possible for all of us. Below I’m sharing my Top 5 Tips to Manifesting Your Goals in 2020

1.     Believe You Deserve it

First things first: We must face ourselves. Reflect on who you are and the things you’ve done. If you’re a trash person, work on becoming a good person who can look themselves in the mirror before you try to manifest anything. We all have our toxic shit, but you have to do your self work to be the best version of yourself.

I’ve known so many people that get great opportunities and either say or have the attitude of “why me?” instead of Why NOT Me? It’s time to think positive thoughts and put out positive energy.

We’re clearly not perfect, but WE ARE WORTHY!  In order to manifest your dreams, you have to believe you are deserving.

2.     Specifically Ask for It:

Visualize your specific goals. I like to write down a list of the goals I want to accomplish for the year. This way I can update it easily.

After I create my list, I create a vision board. I’m a visual learner, so in order for me to manifest affectively, I like to see my goals displayed.

When creating a vision board, I suggest using a foam poster board so it can sit straight on your floor or table. Grab  some glue, decorative supplies, and a stack of magazines and get to work! When flipping through the pages, find images that specifically represent your goal.

For example: You write down that you want a new car, but when creating your vision board, find the model and color you want. If you can’t find an exact depiction, write or draw it on your board yourself.

I didn’t create a 2019 vision board and my life reflected it; but there are things on my 2020 board that have already came my way! I promise this stuff works.

3.     Journal About It:

It’s important to keep a journal when manifesting. Find one that represents you. I personally found this one at TJMAxx. I love the girly pink, and the lemon on the cover inspires me to be a visionary like Beyonce. Lol

Don’t just write your goals down and put them on the shelf. Review and update your goal list by checking off things as they come to you.

4.     Work Like You Have It:

Once you start manifesting, get busy preparing. Start moving like you already have what you want. Don’t just put your thoughts into the universe and continue with that same trash you were on in your past.

You want more money? Learn to manage the money you already have, start saving, create a budget, and work your financial plan.

Good things don’t come until we’re ready.

5.     Release It:

There is no magical timeline when manifesting. Some things may come exactly when you want them, but most things happen when you least expect them. Slow and steady wins the race here! Write your goals down, meditate on them, review them, speak them out loud and repeat.

Some things come in 1, 2, sometimes 5 months or years, but you have to believe that regardless, it’s on the way! I know sometimes we want God to drop that tracking number, but believe me, it’s coming!
